Joe Thomsett - Managing Partner

Joe started life as a Charted Accountant in Corporate Finance, then management consultancy, before being headhunted as the Managing Director of a successful technology turnaround. He moved into Executive Search, building boards and senior leadership teams for companies undergoing transaction events. He invested in and took to exit a UK Edtech start-up. Finally, he set up Thomsett Advisory, using his breadth of experiences to help clients realise shareholder value.

David Carolan - Partner M&A & Due Diligence

David Carolan is a Chartered Accountant. Formerly in industry, he has help notable CFO positions including at Foodora and Wahanda Treatwell. David has an enviable mid-market reputation for transaction advisory and commercial and financial due diligence. He has advised on a number of successful deals.

Anna Thomsett - Client Support and Project Management

Anna started life in the project management office of a well known Polish Member of Parliament. She moved to assist the CEO of a successful Oil and Gas boutique, before supporting the directors of Adaptive Financial Consulting, a very successful financial services software company. She shifted into finance, and is AAT qualified.
